Fonetech released two entry level HD DV models, KINGCOM DV-38HT, and DV-57HT

This month (2009/July) KINGCOM introduced two models HD DV (* High Definition DV): DV-38HT and the DV-57HT, This is the second line-up masterpiece follow its very first KINGCOM DV DV-5020s in 2008.

DV-38HT, as a packet DV, features 5 megapixels, 3x zoom, 3"inch touch screen LCD, capable to take upto HD 1280X720 (720p) video, light and elegance, suitable for individuals to carry. now "anytime, anywhere video capturing" make possible. Afterward, one can process and convert the images and videos to upload to various sites on their own: for example: www.youtube.com or www.metacafe.com video site or his personal blog.

DV-57HT, which is considered an entry levelhand-held DV (i.e. handycam), was designed with the same style of traditional handy cam. However in contrast to them, main differences are: lightweight, high-definition (HD 1280X720 (720p)), easy to operate.Functions 5 megapixels, 3x zoom, 3"inch touch-screen LCD, photography up to HD 1280x720 (720p) video and up to 12 million pixels photo. For a family, it becames easy to afford one HD DV, by getting DV-57HT for their first home video camera. Overall, DV-57HT is the best companion in keeping memories of life films: like birthday parties, festivals, anniversaries.

*** REMARKS: HD (High Definition) refers to the high-definition video signal sources. In the CRT analog TV era, video resolution is just only SD (Standard Definition) 720X480 (480i & 480p ). For the past few years, the TV industry just evolved into a HDTV (Digital TV) times, the resolutions improved to 1280X720 (720p) and 1920X1080 (1080i & 1080p).
